• Completion of AS Degree or equivalent in Dental Hygiene
• Current active Dental Hygiene License
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 for dental hygiene coursework
• Student may only enroll in upper division courses after admission to the Bachelor of Science Program or
with permission of the Program Director.
• Students are expected to enroll in 4-6 credits per semester to remain in the program. Any exceptions
must be approved by the Program Director.
