Welcome to the Center for Academic and Professional Excellence (CAPE) webpage.
Working with all College departments, The Center for Academic and Professional Excellence formulates, designs, and coordinates all staff and faculty professional development and training to support the institution’s strategic goals. The purpose of CAPE is to foster innovation in classroom and online teaching, provide opportunities for college service, support College of Southern Nevada internationalization by promoting participation in international education programs and initiatives, develop and coordinate leadership training, and support development of organizational culture that improves institutional effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability.

- Provision of technical and professional guidance to faculty who are proposing courses through the curriculum development process.
