Sex Offender & Community Notification

Section 1601 of Public Law 106-386 requires all sex offenders who are employees of, students of, or visitors to the College of Southern Nevada to register with CSN Police Department. This includes employees of private contractors or other public entities who work at the College.

In addition to the Federal Laws requiring offender registration, Nevada Revised Statutes also require offenders to register in any jurisdiction in which they will have a presence.
