Join the TRiO Student Support Services Program!All applicants to the TRiO Student Support Services program at CSN must first meet with a staff member to determine eligibility and ability to benefit from program services. To begin the process of application please print and complete the application and Application Survey Form. You must then contact the TRiO office to set an appointment for a preliminary interview. You may contact us by phone at (702) 651-4441 or by visiting room 1120 in the Cheyenne Campus. The completed application, application survey, and college readiness survey are due at the time of the preliminary interview. Please note that proof of income must accompany your application. We request that you provide a copy of the most recently filed tax return. In the absence of such document, a pay stub, proof of social security benefits or any other type of government assistance will suffice. If you are under 24 years of age you must provide proof for self and your parents, if over 24, proof is required for self only. If you are not a US citizen, please bring a copy of your Alien Residency Card at time of application. Disabled students need to have registered with CSN’s Disability Resource Center. |
