Our vision is to help the College of Southern Nevada create an environment in which people, process, and technology interact seamlessly to strengthen institutional performance through improved constituent services, increased accountability, and better educational experiences.
User Services will facilitate an engaging and satisfying experience for those that matter most: students, faculty, staff, administrators, prospective students, alumni and affiliated organizations by providing reliable technology services including; desktop support for hardware, software, audio visual, peripherals and classroom technologies, as well as access to administrative applications, network/servers, websites and e-mail accounts.
