Troubleshooting

• CSN uses Microsoft Windows Media Services. Download Windows Media Player if your computer doesn't recognize the streaming media.
• If you are behind a firewall, open ports 554 (RTSP) and 6970-6999 (UDP) or, if you don't have access to the firewall, try http://wms.csn.edu/live instead of mms://wms.csn.edu/live.
• Please help us to conserve network bandwidth by closing your streaming window if you are not actively watching a video presentation. This will allow more users to access the streaming video service.
