2.      How did you determine that the program selected for funding meets the definition of high demand, addresses local labor market needs and/or relate to an emerging occupation, high wage and high skill? 3.      How is the program linked to secondary Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs and business representation? Tech Prep articulation agreements/dual credit – specify secondary courses; Joint Technical Skills Committees or Advisory Committees that include secondary, CSN and business representatives and how they assist the programs, (e.g. recommend equipment, new curriculum, curriculum revision, etc.).

4.      Describe how competency-based certificates are used or will be used in this program. (Program leads to what Certificate or Degree programs; Industry Certifications).

5.      Describe how this project provides students with experience in and understanding of all aspects of the industry. (lab experiences – hours in lab, demonstrated competencies; Student competitions; Work-based learning experience; Internships)
