Set up your iPod

If you have not already installed iTunes, start by doing so.

1. Remove iPod from box
2. Connect iPod to your computer using the USB cable.
3. Wait as the computer recognizes the iPod.
4. Open iTunes.
5. Read and agree to the user license.
6. Name iPod and set what will be synched.
7. Register iPod.
8. Leave connected until iPod finishes synching and charging.

iPod will synch podcasts and playlists when it is connected. Remove as you would any USB device by ejecting it.
