Getting Started

Outlook Web Access 2003 has a new user interface that has been completely redesigned for easier mail reading and message management. You can read, send, and delete email, manage your Contacts and schedule meetings on your Calendar from any computer with an internet connection.

Begin the tutorial by clicking on the Login link on the left. You can complete the lessons in order by working your way down the links on the left, or, if you prefer, you can skip to particular topics. The lessons are written so that you can use them in order or individually.

There are now two versions of Microsoft Outlook Web Access - the premium version and the basic version. This site will focus on the premium version.

1. Premium Outlook Web Access requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 or later, or Netscape 4.7 or later. Premium Outlook Web Access includes all the features of Outlook Web Access, including the new enhanced features for Exchange Server 2003. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 is required for some features.
2. Basic Outlook Web Access: Macintosh computers and earlier versions of browsers such as Netscape or Internet Explorer may only use the basic version of Outlook Web Access. The basic version provides a subset of the features that are available in the premium version of Outlook Web Access.
