Edit a Task | Mark a Task Completed
Creating a Task
- Click the Tasks heading in the Navigation Pane.
- Click the New button.
- Type a title for the new task into the Subject field.
- Choose a Due Date.
- Choose a Start Date.
- Choose a Status.
- Choose a Priority level.
- Enter a Percentage that indicates how close the task is to being completed.
- If desired, place a check mark in the Reminder checkbox and enter a time and date for the reminder.
- Click on the Details tab. You can track hours worked, mileage and billing information.
- Click Save and Close.
Editing a Task
- Click the Tasks heading in the Navigation Pane.
- Double-click the title of the Task you wish to edit in the View Pane.
- Make your edits to the task and click Save and Close.
Marking a Task Completed
- Click the Tasks heading in the Navigation Pane.
- Place a checkmark in the checkbox to the left of the Task's title.
