Create Distribution Lists
Creating A Distribution List:
- Click the drop-down arrow on the New button. Choose Distribution List from the menu.
- Enter a Name for the new list.
- Click the Find Names button. The Find Names dialog box opens. This is the same box that opens when you use your address book to find a name. You can choose to search either the Global Address Book or your own list of Contacts.
- Enter search criteria into the Find Names dialog box and click Find. The names that meet your search criteria will appear in the lower half of the box.
- Select the correct name and click the Add To Distribution List button at the bottom of the dialog box.
- When you are finished adding names, click close.
- Click Save and Close.
To send a message to a distribution list, click the New Message button and enter the name of the distribution list into the To field.
