Mission Statement
Russell’s Restaurant is the training center for the Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage management programs. At Russell’s, Culinary students prepare the culinary masterpieces and the Food & Beverage Management students direct and operate the restaurant. This is all achieved under the direction of our highly skilled experienced faculty.

Welcome to CSN’s Department of Hospitality Management. On these pages you will find information about our Associate Degree and Certificate programs including Casino Management, Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Food and Beverage Management, Hotel Management, and Travel and Tourism. Our programs are designed to meet the needs not only of young students just beginning their careers, but also of those individuals seeking career change, and experienced professionals seeking to advance their current careers.
All of our Hospitality Management Degrees are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Hospitality Management Programs, further the Culinary Arts/Pastry Arts Management Programs and the Food and Beverage Management Program are dually accredited by the American Culinary Federation.
Las Vegas is an exciting and unique community, and home to many of the worlds finest Chefs, Casino Managers, Food and Beverage Managers, Hoteliers and Travel Management specialists. At CSN, students have the opportunity to work with many of these professionals in the classroom and as members of various CSN student organizations.
