Neil Friedman
Neil Friedman is Associate General Counsel to International Game Technology, the world’s largest manufacturer of gaming devices. The focus of his practice is on gaming law, administrative law, governmental relations and corporate law. Before joining International Game Technology in 1999, Mr. Friedman was General Counsel to Sigma Game, Inc., an international manufacturer of gaming devices. He also served in the Office of the Attorney General for Nevada for nine years, most recently as the Senior Deputy Attorney General for the Gaming Division, which provided legal counsel to and represented the Nevada Gaming Commission and the Gaming Control Board. Prior to his representation of Nevada’s gaming regulators, Mr. Friedman served as counsel to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the Nevada Division of Investigations and the Department of Motor Vehicles. He graduated from the University of Nevada with Distinction in 1983 and from the University of Denver College of Law in 1996. Mr. Friedman is admitted to practice in Nevada and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court in Nevada.
