The CSN secure wireless network can help you stay connected. All you need is a wireless network card and to install some Cisco software.

Between classes, students can check their email, review study materials posted on class Web sites, and prepare assignments. The secure_wireless connection provides full access to all the resources that are accessable from a wired lab connection, including student records, calendar functions, and other features. Students can take their network connection with them and take advantage of their study time and their free time.

Faculty and academic advisors can more easily communicate with students and each other, even when they are away from their offices or without access to a wired networked computer. Whatever you can do on the network with a hardwired computer you can do with a the secure_wireless connection.

Please select the installation document for your computer's operating system.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL USERS

If you are within the range of the secure_wireless network, you will be prompted to login.  Regardless of whether you are on the wired network or desire not to be online, it will continue to ask you for your credentials.  It is recommended you authenticate even if you are not utilizing the connection.

If you decide to disable this, and then try to connect, it will not detect the agent and redirect you to download it again.  If you chose to not follow the recommendation of authenticating regardless of need to access the network, the steps to do so are below.

To disable the popup, please click on the CCA icon.
