Summer 2008 Registration Information

1st 4-week classes begin June 9, 2008
6-, 8-, 10-week classes begin June 9, 2008
2nd 4-week classes begin July 7, 2008
All students are required to register using Web Registration. New students and senior citizens are strongly encouraged to use Web Registration.
Summer 2008 Priority Registration
Returning Students (students currently attending classes) have Priority Registration from Tuesday, April 22 through Monday, April 28, 2008.

BIOLOGY RESTRICTIONS
Students registering for Biology 223 and/or 251 please note the following restrictions:

To register for BIOL 223 and/or BIOL 251 you must have completed BIOL 130, 189 or BIOL 190 with a grade of "C" or better, prior to April 22, 2008.

BIOL 223 and BIOL 251 sections for Summer 2008 will only be available during priority registration, by alphabet, beginning April 22, 2008. Remaining seats will be made available through Web registration only beginning June 2, 2008 at 8:00am.
Students must enroll in both a Lecture and a Lab concurrently. Students not enrolled in both classes will have their Lecture or Lab class purged daily.

MATH RESTRICTIONS
Students registering for any Math class please note the following restrictions:
Math students: After Spring 2008 grades are posted, any student earning a grade of "C-" or below in a prerequisite for a Summer 2008 Math class will be purged from that Summer 2008 Math class.

Summer 2008 New and Continuing Registration
Continuing registration for all students begins Tuesday April 29, 2008 and continues through Thursday May 22, 2008.
New Students (never attended CSN), Readmitted Students (attended CSN in the past, but have been away for one or more semesters), and Senior Citizens may register either in-person or through Web Registration during these dates.
Continuing Students must register only through Web Registration during these dates.
Summer 2008 Payment Due
You must pay for all your classes no later than closing time on May 22, 2008 or your registration will be cancelled. Payments by mail must be postmarked by May 15, 2008. After May 23, 2008, you must pay for your classes on the same day that you register.
| NOTE: You are responsible for paying tuition for all classes in which you have registered. Do not assume that you have automatically been dropped from classes if you don't pay for them by the due date. |
Summer 2008 Late Registration
Late registration for each session starts on the same day each session begins. Registering during this time means risk finding many of the courses you wish to take already closed.
Late registration for the first 4-week session is Monday and Tuesday, June 9 and 10.
Late registration for the 6-, 8-, and 10-week sessions is Monday through Friday, June 9 - 13.
Late registration for the second 4-week session is Monday and Tuesday, July 7 and 7.
During late registration, you may register in person only, and you must pay all your fees at the same time, or your registration will be cancelled.
