Bio: Kerry Ford, who has a Master of Art’s in Communication and Mass Media from the University of Wyoming, has been teaching communication classes for 31 years, 16 of those at CSN. She has given numerous presentations to clubs, businesses and agencies throughout the Las Vegas Valley on such topics as: “Controlling Communication Anxiety,” “Creating Positive Communication in the Workplace,” “Let’s Get on the Same Page: Using Language More Effectively on the Job,” “Meetings That Have No Purpose Have No Purpose: Getting to the Point,” and “Preventing Defensiveness in Customers.”
