Spring Classes begin January 20th All students are required to register using Web Registration. New students and senior citizens are strongly encouraged to use Web Registration. Spring Priority Registration Returning Students (students currently attending classes) have Priority Registration from Wednesday, November 12th through Tuesday, November 18th. Spring 2009 New and Continuing Registration Continuing registration for all students begins Wednesday, November 19, 2008 through Tuesday, January 6, 2009. New Students (never attended CSN), Readmitted Students (attended CSN in the past, but have been away for one or more semesters), and Senior Citizens may register either in-person or through Web Registration during these dates. Returning Students must register only through Web Registration during these dates.
Spring 2009 Registration Continues Registration for the Spring 2009 semester continues November 19, through January 6, 2009. Payment is due the same day.
Spring 2009 Payment Due You must pay for all your classes no later than closing time on January 6, 2009 or your registration will be cancelled. Payments by mail must be postmarked by December 29, 2008. Beginning Thursday, January 8, 2009 you must pay for your classes on the same day that you register.
Spring 2009 Late Registration Instructor and Department Chair signatures are required during Late Registration. Check the Dates and Deadlines section of the class schedule for deadlines. Even exchanges are allowed during Late Registration of the semester for students who drop and add classes for the same amount of credits and the courses fall under the same time frame. Students must add/drop in person at the Office of the Registrar for even exchanges. Late Registration for 16-week SessionsFirst week -No signatures are required unless the class is full. Second week -Instructor and Department Chair’s signatures are required for late registration. (All adds and drops in-person only. Students registering late accept responsibility for instruction missed.) Late Registration fee will be added of $5.00 per day to a maximum of $25.00 per semester, Late Registration fee will not be refunded. Late Registration for 4 - 9-week sessionsLate Registration for 4 to 9-week classes, students must register first week of the class. (All adds and drops in-person only. Students registering late accept responsibility for instruction missed.) Late Registration fee will be added of $5.00 per day to a maximum of $25.00 per semester, Late Registration fee will not be refunded. Late Registration for 10 - 15-week sessionsLate Registration for 10 to 15-week classes, students must register first two weeks of the class. First week -No signatures are required unless the class is full. Second week -Instructor and Department Chair’s signatures are required for late registration. (All adds and drops in-person only.
