The workshop will address the stress we face while in College.  We will discuss

·         The rigors and struggles of Lectures, Exams, Work, and Family

·         Address negative self-talk we all experience: topics like, “College is too Hard, Life is too Short, I am not smart enough, Why am I Here?”

·         You will rediscover the "winner" in you and focus on the fact that you really only lose when you QUIT.
