COM Faculty DISH It Out
Department Helps Local Charity with Event

Communication faculty members Jodie Mandel and Cameron Basquiat volunteered at the DISH event to benefit Three Square on Friday, April 3 at the Springs Preserve.
The event featured a fusion of celebrity chefs paired with celebrity entertainers to help Three Square end hunger in the Las Vegas community. The event included cooking demonstrations, gourmet cuisine, live music and more. Celebrities included Carrot Top, George Wallace, Clint Holmes,
Louie Anderson, Susan Anton and UFC fighters. Celebrity chefs included Kerry Simon, Rick Moonen, Peter Sherlock and Chef Rock from the TV program Hell's Kitchen.
