4. college-level GPA of "B" or equivalent 5. matriculated sophomore or junior  6. Pursuing a bachelor's or an associate's degree during 2010-2011 academic year 7. Full-time student during 2010-2011 academic year 8. U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or U.S. permanent resident.
