Last day to receive 100% refund for withdrawal for 16-week session.

16-week session begins (Regular Semester Classes)

Late registration for 16-week session
First week - permission from the Instructor.
Second and third week - permission from the Instructor and Department Chair's signature is required.
All adds and drops in-person only. Students registering late accept responsibility for instruction missed. Must pay the same day of registering otherwise will be dropped from class.

Last day to have 25% drop fee for withdrawal for 16-week session.

Last day to drop a course without a grade of "W" for 16-week session.

Last day to officially change from Audit to Credit with Instructor's approval for 16-week session.

Last day to officially change from Credit to Audit - in person only for 16-week session.

Last day to officially withdraw with a grade of "W" for 16-week session.

Important Information for Short-Term Courses (less than 16-week)
|
Short-Term Courses Refund
- For a 100% refund students must drop prior to the first class session.
|
|
Short-Term Late Registration
Students must receive permission from the instructor to enroll in any class once the session begins.
|
|
Short-Term Withdraw
Students may withdraw from a course without academic penalty during the first 60 percent of a session and receive a grade of “W” (withdrawal).
- 10 week = withdraw by the end of the 6th week
- 8 week = withdraw by the end of the 5th week
- 6 week = withdraw by the end of the 4th week
- 4 week = withdraw by the end of the 3th week

Short-Term Audit
To audit a course-attend class without receiving credit-you must register in person for the course and pay the regular tuition.
- To change form Audit to Credit:
- One day before session starts.
Students must first obtain the instructor’s signature and then complete the change in person before the end of the registration period.
Students must complete the change in person by the official last day for withdrawal from a session without academic penalty.
