Administrative Code Officer

The Administrative Code Officer is directly responsible to the President and conducts investigations of complaints for the purpose of clarifying the facts and positions of the parties.  The Administrative Code Officer recommends to the President whether to informally resolve the complaint or hold a hearing.  If a hearing is held, the Administrative Code Officer collects and presents the evidence at the hearing.
