Late Registration First Week Form

Students must receive permission from the instructor to enroll in any class once the term begins. Permission is at the discretion of the instructor. If an instructor is not available to grant permission then the Department Chair or a designee may grant permission.

Faculty, CSN has now entered the late registration period. To add a student during the first week of the semester requires the instructor approval even if there are available spaces in the course. DO NOT HAVE STUDENTS CONTACT OR GO TO THE OFFICE OF REGISTRAR OR THE OFFICE OF ELEARNING

Once the student is enrolled an email will be sent to both the instructor and the student with payment and Angel access information. Please contact Haunani Taylor with any questions at 702-651-5619 or haunani.taylor@csn.edu.
