Accidents / Injuries / Illnesses

Accidents, injuries and illnesses that occur on CSN campuses or associated with educational experiences (students and employees) must be reported no matter how minor they may seem at the time. 

REPORTING
Report the incident to a CSN employee or directly to Public Safety and Police Services.
Complete the incident report and send to campus security.
