
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is committed to providing excellent service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in delivery of its responsibilities. OTS provides a variety of services to CSN community, including maintenance of the Smart Classrooms and the Computer Labs, the Self-Service Help Desk, monitoring of ANGEL, creating a Student Book exchange online portal, and installing software requests on faculty, staff and classroom computers.
