The Student E-Mail service offers free email to all students. All students have an account created automatically on our Imail server. See Student Email FAQ for more information on our student email system.
Student Account Validation
Use the Student Account Validation to activate your Student Account to login to CSN computers and services.
Use MyCSN to add/drop classes, find open classes, check class schedule, enrollment verification, semester grades, admissions/degree/residency status, update phone number/address/email address, financial aid status, Millennium Scholarship status, semester changes, and pay for classes by credit card.

Advantage and HRMS
Advantage is the statewide business financial software, while HRMS handles all official human resources records for the Nevada System of Higher Education. NOTICE: If your are accessing Advantage or HRMS using the QWS3270 Secure application you must connect to the mainframe using mustang.nevada.edu only. If your application is set to connect to the mainframe via Bighorn.nevada.edu it will no longer connect after January 25, 2012. For instructions on how to change your settings, click here.
The BSDPro system is an online software suite and contains a Course Scheduler, Contract System, Web Grading and Online Course Evaluations.
The Course Scheduler system is used to build each semester's course schedule, as well as, schedule non-academic events in the facilities of CSN. Additionally, faculty workload calculation is handled within this system.
The Professional/LOA Contracts service supports the generation, approval, workflow and printing of professional and LOA employee contracts each year.
Online Course Evaluations
The Online Course Evaluation system supports both online and in classroom courses that need or want to be evaluated by students online from anywhere, anonymously and securely.
The TMA iServicedesk is an online helpdesk software system used by the Facilities and Maintenance department at CSN to allow for the online submittal of work requests. Faculty and staff that submit a request through iServicedesk can track their request, as well as, receive reports of the work being done to fulfill their submitted request.
Hershey Singularity Document Imaging System
The Hershey Singularity Document Imaging System is an online document imaging and retrieval system that is used within the Office of the Registrar and the Student Financial Service departments at CSN in order to have availability to student documentation that has been submitted via a printed or paper format. This allows the departments to access student information without having to search through physical file cabinets to find the forms or documentation that has been requested.
