Working with all college Departments, the Center for Academic and Professional Excellence (CAPE) formulates, designs, and coordinates staff and faculty professional development and training to support the CSN’s strategic goals. The purpose of CAPE is to foster innovation in classroom and online teaching, provide opportunities for college service, develop and coordinate leadership training, and support development of an organizational culture that improves institutional effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability.
