Logo & Graphics Guidelines

The Division of Public and College Relations maintains the standards for the use of the CSN logo.  The guidelines in the Style Guide Manual outline every aspect of the CSN logo from authorized usage to space and size requirements.  There are details on 1-color, 2-color and black & white applications as well as examples of proper and improper usage.  You will also find pages detailing stationary templates as well as pages on how to download the appropriate logo, how to apply and print the logo and how to obtain authorization for its' use on publications.  The files referenced throughout the manual can be found on the CD provided to Deans, Chairs, VP's and other key personnel.  There are JPG, PDF, EPS and TIFF files available on the CD.

Please take a moment to explore the manual and become familiar with the new logo and guidelines.  If there are questions, concerns or you would like to request a manual for your area, please call us at 651-7474 or email us.

Please note that due to United States Post Office regulations regarding return addressing and bulk mailing, sort code information can no longer be located in or below the street address.  In order to ensure proper mailing and return routing, the sort code must appear as a separate designation above the address line and below the contact information.  Printing Services templates have been set up this way.  Please see pages 18 – 20 of the manual for more information.

Web Guidelines

A CSN Web Advisory Committee was formed in spring 2007.  The committee members decided that the primary responsibility for the summer of 2007 was to develop Web guidelines.  Please click the link below to view the guidelines.

CSN Web Guidelines

Currently, the personnel critical to Web site operations have been trained on the new system.  To schedule further training for your area please contact CAPE for available dates and times.

Please look for more information in the coming months!  We will continue to post new information and resources as they are made available.
