Retention Office Services

Appointments
The staff of the Retention Office will meet with you to brainstorm solutions and help you develop an action plan to stay on the right track and accomplish your educational goals.

Mentors
Students will be assigned mentors to offer personal guidance and support. Mentors are CSN faculty and staff to develop one-on-one relationships with students and guide them to success in college. Mentors have tremendous experience and care deeply for student success.

Student Coaches
Students Helping Students is the keystone of the planned Coyote Student Coaching Program. Students will provide tutoring assistance and help with navigating the CSN system.

Referrals
The staff of the Retention Office will help students tap into any and all resources that are relevant to their success at CSN by providing referrals and information.
