CSN's Learning and Earning Program is a direct intervention, dropout prevention program spearheaded by CSN.  Targeted to at-risk high school juniors and seniors, it offers employment, mentoring and educational incentives to help students stay in school and graduate.  Allied with us in this effort to reduce the Clark County dropout rate are the Clark County School District, workforceCONNECTIONS, MGM Resorts Foundation, Nevada Department of Employment, Training, and Rehabilitation, and local businesses.

Students are considered in the program through referrals from high school counselors.  Admitted participants commit themselves to going to work on time and working hard, and staying in school and improving their academic standing.
