Scholarship Application InformationAPPLICATION DEADLINE FOR FALL 2007/ SPRING 2008 SCHOLARSHIPS: May 1, 2007. Mailed applications must be postmarked by May 1, 2007. Applications postmarked after May 1, 2007 will be considered for the second selection session. The final deadline date is October 30, 2007. Mailed applications must be postmarked by October 30, 2007. Applications postmarked after October 30, 2007 will not be accepted. Applications will be accepted in person at the Cheyenne, West Charleston, and Henderson Student Financial Services Office until 5:00pm Tuesday, May 1, 2007.
Please read all instructions carefully before completing the application. Students are highly encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA is used to determine a student’s need. Most scholarships are considered needs based. All scholarship applicants are required to declare their major with The Office of the Registrar. Students that do not select and emphasis (major) are considered "undeclared" and are not eligible for any scholarships. Students should check their status prior to submitting their scholarship application. Students who do not currently have a cumulative GPA with CSN should obtain unofficial copies of ALL COLLEGE TRANSCRIPTS and return them with their application. Incoming high school students are required to include their high school transcripts.
