National Student Clearinghouse Process

Degree and Enrollment Verification

CSN has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verifications.

To obtain certification proving your enrollment status at CSN, please follow the steps below:

1. Log on to www.csn.edu
2. Select ADMISSIONS on the CSN homepage
3. Enter ONLINE REGISTRATION, provide social security  number or student id number, and four digit pin number
4. Select ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION
5. Proceed to National Student Clearinghouse Website 
6. Select Obtain an Enrollment Certificate
7. Print verification and submit to organization or company requesting your enrollment status
