Russell's Restaurant
Russell's Restaurant is the training and development center for students of the Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Management programs of the Department of Hospitality Management at the College of Southern Nevada. At Russell’s, Culinary students prepare the food while Food & Beverage Management students manage and operate the restaurant. This is all done under the direction of qualified faculty.
Russell's is now Open for the Spring Semester, 2008
Russell’s will be open for seating Mondays (Mexican Regional Cuisine Starting March 3, 2008), Tuesdays (Aromatics), Wednesdays (French Bistro) and Thursdays (Healthy Cuisine for Professionals) for Lunch at 11:45 to 12:30.
Thank you for your support of the Hospitality Management Department and the Culinary, Pastry and Food and Beverage Management Programs at CSN. We look forward to seeing all of our regular Russell's customers back this Semester and hope see even more new people trying Russell’s for the first time.
