Tuition and Fees

All fees are subject to change as approved Nevada System of Higher Education. For up-to-date information, always consult the Office of the Registrar or the Cashier’s Office on one of our 3 main campuses.

 

Tuition and Fees Spring 2008

Application Fee: $5.00 one-time, nonrefundable fee charged to new students only.

Resident Tuition: $54.75 per credit.

Upper Division (300-400 level courses): $85.75 per credit. Other fees may apply based on resident status.

Technology Fee: $4.00 per credit.

Distance Education Fee: $10.00 per course.

Nevada High School Distance Education Fee: $25.00 in addition to lab and technology fee.

Good Neighbor Fee: $32.75 Lower, $51.50 Upper per credit in addition to tuition and technology fee.

Western Undergraduate Exchange program (WUE): $27.38 Lower, $42.88 Upper, in addition to Tuition + Technology Fee.

Nonresident Fee: $60.25 Lower, $94.25 Upper per credit nonresident fee in addition to tuition and technology fee, assessed on all nonresident students registering for six credits; $2,692.50  per semester nonresident fee in addition to tuition and technology fee, assessed on all nonresident students enrolled in seven or more credits.

Nonresident Fee Distance Education: nonresident students enrolled exclusively in distance education courses will, in addition to registration fees, pay tuition equaling the registration fees times 50% (Board of Regents, 04/02). To receive the adjustment, Please contact any Cashier’s office.

Senior Citizens: Nevada residents age 62 or older may audit or register for credit in any course (subject to availability) without paying tuition fees. You will be required to pay the one-time, nonrefundable $5.00 application fee charged to all new students and any other applicable course fees.

Late Registration Fee: $5.00 per day to a maximum of $25.00 per semester ($10.00 for summer session) for students registering for seven or more credits.
