However, if you are a new student, changing your degree program (using matriculation date), or going to a new program that was not in existence at the time of your matriculation, then you must visit our office to complete additional paper work. All Chapters, with the exception of Chapter 31 (Vocational Rehabilitation) and Chapter 35 (Survivors' and Dependents') must contact the Department of Veterans Affairs monthly to verify their enrollment by calling 1-877-823-2378 or by visiting https://www.gibill.va.gov/wave/default.cfm.
