In order for curriculum requests to be scheduled for Curriculum Committee meetings, all completed curriculum packets, including forms and all supporting documentation, must be received by Virginia McRoyal in the Faculty Senate Office on or before the 5th of the month. Curriculum forms are then screened, and you will be notified if your items have been placed on an agenda for the next scheduled meeting. You will be notified of the date and time of your scheduled meeting. The faculty member submitting the request and their department chair or dean must be present at the meeting to answer questions and provide information. If no one is present to explain the request, the agenda item will be tabled until a subsequent meeting.
