Internal Recognition Committee

The Internal Recognition Committee is an all-college committee that works to help CSN honor outstanding faculty, staff and students. 

NSHE Regents' Awards

The IRC solicits nominations for four NSHE awards listed to your right each fall. The deadline for fall 2012 is Oct. 12. The board awards these each year during the spring.

Retiree Recognition

The IRC wants to ensure all retirees are honored appropriately for their service. If you are retiring, please fill out the following form, which the committee will use to create materials to publicly thank you for your dedication to CSN. Click here to learn more about 2011-12 retirees.

Academic Scholarships

The IRC has a scholarship subcommittee that helps put CSN students forward for various external academic scholarships throughout the year.

Distinguished Awards

The four distinguished employee of the year awards recognize those who through dedication, hard work and extra effort have contributed to the success of the College of Southern Nevada. These awards are announced each year at fall convocation. Nominations are due April 12, 2013. 

Reflection of Excellence

Excellence awards honor employees for their service and work in areas that are significant to the college's mission. There are five excellence awards that are announced at the annual Reflection of Success event. Nominations for the Excellence Awards are due April 12, 2013.
