CSN students at Graduation Ceremony

CSN understands that student loans can be intimidating. That's why CSN has partnered with Inceptia, a division of the National Student Loan Program, to provide you with free repayment advice.  Inceptia can help you with your student loan questions.  They want you to feel comfortable and become successful in repaying your loan(s).

Inceptia may be calling to help you with next steps in your repayment journey. Their friendly counselors are there to help you every step of the way. While you are in your grace period, they might reach out to you to answer questions you may have on your repayment options. If you become delinquent on your loans, they may also contact you to help find a solution that works within your means.

Inceptia counselors are there to help you with every step by staying in touch with you via phone calls, letters, and/or emails. They will not be collecting money from you. Inceptia’s nonprofit purpose is to help you find answers to your questions and solutions to your issues. We encourage you to visit Inceptia’s Student Loan Knowledge HQ website.  Please click on the owl image below for link to the website.

Repayment Plans

There's more than one way to repay your student loan(s).  Inceptia can help you select your repayment options so you can set a plan for repaying your loan(s).

Loan Consolidation

Combining your loan(s) into one new loan may reduce your monthly payments.  You can apply directly at StudentLoans.gov or by calling   1-800-557-7392.

Postpone Payments

If financial difficulties are making it hard to make payments on your student loan(s), you may be able to find relief through deferment or forbearance.

Loan Forgiveness and Cancellation

Some of what you owe may be forgiven if you work in public service-teaching at an underserved school or serving in the U.S. Military.
