Eduardo Suarez Villalobos, MSTP graduate 2018

Suarez Villalobos' photo."The MSTP program helped me to refresh previously acquired knowledge and also to acquire new knowledge and skills in manufacturing that will allow me to successfully enter the labor field. The program covered my expectations widely, the materials and study texts are excellent, the technological tools used are of excellent quality, the laboratories are amazing, pedagogical, and easy to use. The MSTP program is an excellent opportunity for people to acquire knowledge and skills to facilitate their incorporation into the labor field. The program is designed for those with little or no knowledge in the field of manufacturing and uses an excellent study methodology and experienced and trained instructors that guide the student step by step from the most basic to the most advanced study topics. My keys for people who want to live this wonderful experience and successfully complete the program are: 1. Read the study texts because they are the basis of knowledge. 2. Perform the lab practices according to schedule. 3. Work as a team with your colleagues and most importantly, 4. Be persistent and constant in achieving the objective of learning and graduating. I could do it, you can do it... Thank you very much to CSN for the opportunity and many successes."

"What drew me to the MSTP is the promising possibilities with the variety of skills that I would be learning in 2-3 months, I have learned about the value of teamwork, communication, and perseverance in addition to the Industrial Controls, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, and Robotic Arm. This is the 1st course I have taken in 6 years since going to college back in 2012 and thanks to MSTP, I am now very viable and in demand by manufacturing employers, captivating to employers who - while in different industries are impressed by my diverse set of skills thanks to what I've learned here. I feel much better about my future in large part thanks to MSTP."
