DON’T MISS YOUR COYOTE ORIENTATION REGISTRATION EVENT (C.O.R.E.)!
Attention GEAR UP students!
If you have committed to the College of Southern Nevada (CSN), make plans to attend a mandatory orientation we planned just for you this summer. If you haven’t applied to CSN, there’s still time! Apply Now!
Your next step to becoming a Coyote is to participate in orientation. Orientation is MANDATORY for all incoming first time in college students. Orientation will help answer questions that are common to new students, introduce you to student resources and services, connect you with faculty and staff, and put you on the path to a success.

- Increase your knowledge of career paths & programs
- Jumpstart your immersion in the CSN campus community
- Connect with faculty, staff & future CSN students
- A Parent Presentation will be offered at both events
ADDITIONAL PERKS FOR ATTENDING GEAR UP CORE EVENTS:
June 6th Evening event - This CORE event is exculsively for GEAR UP students and dinner will be provided for you and up to two guests. Please indicate on the registration form if you will be bringing a guest.
June 8th Saturday event - This event will include a multi-campus tour of Charleston, Henderson, and North Las Vegas campuses for you and one guest exclusively for GEAR UP students at the end of the CORE breakout sessions. Charter bus transportation will be provided. Please indicate on the registration form if you will participate in the tour.
