The Food and Beverage Management Program provides an active learning experience that allows for the development of skills crucial to success in the food and beverage industry. Our program is designed to train students using hands-on, practical training in our on-campus restaurant and kitchens and features hospitality management courses, culinary courses and related food and beverage management courses.
Associate of applied science degrees and certificates of achievement are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration and the American Culinary Federation (ACF).
The ACF ranks our program as ‘Exemplary’, indicating the highest educational standards recognized by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission.
Our graduates can seek foodservice employment opportunities such as restaurant supervisor, bar manager and independent food service operator, among many others.
