This program prepares students to install, maintain, service, troubleshoot, and repair critical systems such as in data process centers and hospitals. The program enables students to learn how to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment for equipment cooling and other related machinery. Instruction includes classroom, laboratory, and hands-on work in the laboratory or in the field. Construction Management: Facilities Management, AAS

This degree prepares students to supervise and manage the maintenance, capital improvements, and daily operations of commercial and light industrial facilities.  Students will learn facilities-related technologies and construction codes, as well as how to maintain a facility over time; will be skilled in basic business managerial tactics and strategies; and will be prepared for employment as facility managers, facility construction managers, facilities project managers, and other supervisory positions in the facilities industry.
