NSHE has extended the June 1 deadline to apply to be a mentor for the Nevada Promise Scholarship recipients to July 1, 2020. Mentors are a pivotal part of the Nevada Promise Scholarship, and mentoring for college students is a valuable strategy to provide students with the emotional and instrumental support they need to achieve the goal of a college degree and improving their chances for success.
