The Biomedical Exploration workshop is a paid five-week program that gives students the opportunity to explore and prepare for a possible career in the biomedical sciences. During the program students will have the opportunity to: • Learn about real careers in medicine and biology • Meet with and talk to scientists and biomedical professionals • Take exciting and informative field trips • Learn valuable lab skills focusing on molecular biology • Participate in skill-building activities to help prepare for upper-division science courses Participants will receive $1,400 upon completion of the workshop!
