The group won silver at the American Culinary Federation Western Regional convention in Coeur d’Alene Idaho last week! The competition is a Jeopardy style, double elimination quiz game. The team was coached by Chef Steve Soltz, CHE Chef/Professor and includes Melissa Fried, Amanda Walls, Gerald Cahoon, and Amber Cataloni. The CSN High Schools are located on each of our campuses and boast a nearly 100 percent graduation rate!
