CSN to launch MyCSN call center on Monday: The call center number is 651-5555. The hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm. Representatives will be able to: • Reset student passwords • Provide assistance with navigating MyCSN • Answer general CSN questions Representatives will not be able to provide specific details about a student’s account/record at this time. However, any call that is received that is beyond our ability to assist will be routed to the appropriate department and/or designee.

A note from Student Financial Services: April 20 - June 29, SFS will have only limited services available on Fridays from 1-5 p.m. All SFS Services staff will be in training on Friday afternoons to better improve our processes and services to you. Please plan accordingly since there will not be staff available to meet with you on Friday afternoons. Limited services such as dropping off forms and general questions only wiil be available on Friday afternoons from very limited staffing. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

Students from Rancho High School visited the CSN Cheyenne Campus on Friday October 11th for the Latino College Camp. These students were given a tour of the campus, met with many of our faculty and staff members and received counsel from CSN college students. It was a great event! These Latino high school students learned about their career options and how to be more prepared to begin their college experience after graduating high school. Thank you Rancho students!!!

To better serve our students with their financial aid needs, CSN has implemented a Financial Aid Call Center. The Financial Aid Call Center is staffed with financial aid professionals who are available to answer your questions about aid awards, disbursements, verification status, and general financial aid information. The Financial Aid Call Center can be reached at 702-906-0830 and is available from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Congratulations to José Mejía and Precious Carrasco from CSN Mariachi for taking home first and second place prizes in the vocal categories.
