Automotive Technology: Service Technician, AAS

This degree program, one of the largest of its kind in the west, prepares students for lucrative careers as automotive technicians as well as related automotive occupations. Instruction is provided on state-of-the-art equipment in both classrooms and labs. ASE Master Certified technicians provide all instruction, with the focus on understanding automotive systems operation and how to effectively and efficiently diagnose and service these systems. Additionally, emphasis is placed on preparing students to personally pass ASE certification exams. This degree places an emphasis on preparing general service technicians.

Along with core classes, academic skills emphasizing related math, science and human relations components are stressed to help students prepare to meet challenges commonly found in the workplace.

The Associates of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies is a program of study which qualifies its graduates to be employed in law and business related occupations, including private law firms, corporate departments and government entities. Substantive law is combined with thorough preparation in legal procedures, research methodology and practical knowledge. Aviation Technology: Professional Pilot, AAS

The Aviation Technology Professional Pilot program is designed specifically for students who have a desire to work as professional pilots. Thorough coverage of the Federal Aviation Regulations will apply to all aspects of study. The program includes ground instruction and in-flight pilot training. The program will prepare students to enter the employment market as professional pilots. Graduates will model eligibility requirements for the Federal Aviation Administration Private Pilot certificate, Instrument Rating, and Commercial Pilot Certificate in Airplane Single Engine Land. Students must meet all eligibility requirements determined by the Federal Aviation Administration and the Transportation Security Administration.
