Dental Faculty Practice

Our office follows strict infection control recommendations from the American Dental Association (ADA), the CDC, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), so that we remain current on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. Patients will be asked to complete the Pre-Appointment Screening Process which includes a Patient Screening Form, which represents a list of questions the patient will be required to answer upon calling the Practice to schedule an appointment.

We are committed to keeping our fees as low as possible. We take most dental insurances including Medicaid and many Medicare supplements. We partner with The Wellness Group and The Ryan White Foundation. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). We do expect payment at the time of service and do our best to advise our patients of all fee’s prior to providing services. Our goal is to ensure our patients receive honest, respectful, and compassionate care by our administrative team as well as the Dental Faculty Practice Clinicians.
