Office Of Elearning

Ms. Stachura Webb’s quiet professionalism and wisdom added valued strength and depth to our eLearning team when she joined us in July of 2004, and has continued to serve CSN in numerous ways. As a Senior Analyst, she works with faculty to design, develop, and implement online and hybrid courses.  She has participated in shared governance at CSN by serving as an Administrative Faculty Senator (2008 – 2012), Faculty Senate Elections Chair, and Administrative Faculty Assembly Chair (2012 – 2013).  Being heavily active with Quality Matters (a nationally recognized peer review process which certifies the quality of online courses), she serves as a Master Peer Reviewer, facilitator, and is also one of the two Quality Matters coordinators at CSN.

Some of Ms. Stachura Webb’s contributions to CSN were recognized by receiving the Woman of Excellence Award in 2012, and Administrative Faculty of the Year in 2013.  She also received Educause’s Diane Balestri Memorial Scholarship in 2012.

Previous to CSN she worked six and a half years as an Instructional Designer for Ford Motor Company, developing numerous online and face-to-face courses for Product Development and Retailer Education and Training (RE&T) departments. She was also part of a team effort to document Ford dealership Service Advisor Best Practices, as well as develop a Human Resources Toolkit.  Stachura Webb’s professionalism led her to be asked to serve as the Interim Supervisor of the RE&T training team.

Before joining Ford Motor Company, she worked in Information Technology and Adult Education at Focus: HOPE, a non-profit organization located in Detroit, MI. During her tenure at Focus: HOPE, she had the opportunity to develop technical skills in network administration and technical training. This is where your love for adult learning and technical training became a passion.

Outside of her current position at CSN, Ms. Stachura Webb is working towards her Ph.D. in Learning and Technology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In her personal time she enjoys yoga and crocheting.
