Solicitation for Third Party Comments
The College of Southern Nevada Dental Hygiene Program will undergo their accreditation site visit on October 15 - 16, 2026. The public is invited to submit comments/complaints relating to the CSN Dental Hygiene Program’s compliance with the Commission on Dental Accreditation Standards for Dental Hygiene Education Programs. A complaint is defined by the Commission on Dental Accreditation as one alleging that a Commission-accredited educational program may not be in substantial compliance with Commission standards or required accreditation procedures. WHO CAN SUBMIT COMMENTS: Third-party comments relative to the Commission’s accredited programs may include comments submitted by interested parties such as faculty, students, program administrators, Commission consultants, specialty and dental-related organizations, patients, and/or consumers.
All comments submitted must pertain only to the standards relative to the particular program being reviewed or policies and procedures used in the accreditation process. Comments will be screened by Commission staff for relevancy.
For comments not relevant to these issues, the individual will be notified that the comment is not related to accreditation and, where appropriate, referred to the appropriate agency.
